9 Days to The Year of Living Shamelessly

The Year of Living Shamelessly is a good girl/bad boy romance. Ryder Scott, the hero, is a rule-breaker and known for his uninhibited love life, but he is restrained and protective when he’s with Katie. I like writing strong, sexy and protective heroes, but the most important adjective for me is “protective.” It doesn’t matter [...]

10 Days to The Year of Living Shamelessly

The Year of Living Shamelessly is a New Year’s Eve romance, but it starts off with some Christmas events and traditions. This reminds me of the first Christmas romance I wrote, which was “Snow Day” in Merry Christmas, Baby.
When I was invited to participate in the anthology, I had no clue what my story was [...]

11 Days to The Year of Living Shamelessly

As I look back on my older releases, I think my story in How to be a “Wicked” Woman is a lot like my October 2009 release, The Year of Living Shamelessly. Both stories are hot, fun and romantic while the heroine embarks on a sensual journey.
“Wicked Ways” is a contemporary erotic romance novella about a [...]

12 Days to The Year of Living Shamelessly

My newest release will be available soon, and for some reason the event has me strolling down memory lane. One thing I noticed is that my latest book is very different than my first published romance novel. They both are sexy and they focus on the heroine’s journey, but I think that is where the [...]

Off Track

I took a long weekend trip and managed to prove that I’m incapable of reading a map. I’m not sure what my problem is because one would think it would be easy to follow a grid and street signs. I was frequently lost, and the sad thing is, I was just in this city a [...]

What have you been reading?

I read a lot of books this month and haven’t logged all of them on this blog or at eHarlequin.com where I’m doing the reading challenge. As I look at the stack of books that I’ve read, I tried to decide which book was my favorite for the month of July. It’s a tough decision.
I [...]

What have you been reading?

I’m happy that I’ve read over 40 books this year so far. That surpasses the amount I read in all of 2008. But I have a long way to go to reach 100 books by December!
I read quite a few book in June, but I think my favorite was The Spaniard’s Marriage Bargain by Abby Green. [...]

One of those days…

Today was one of those days. It started when I locked myself out of my car and then it was one mishap after another. By the time I got sunburned and then managed to get jalapeno in my eye (what can I say? I’m gifted that way), I was seriously considering calling it a day [...]

What did you read last month?

Ack! I only read 3 books in April! I need to read double the amount in May if I want to keep up with my eHarlequin.com challenge! The books I read last month were Public Wife, Private Mistress by Sarah Morgan, Propositioned Into a Foreign Affair by Catherine Mann, and The Vasquez Baby by Sarah Morgan. I [...]

What Did You Read Last Month?

Even though I was in a reading slump early last month, I’m glad to report that I managed to read nine books for the eHarlequin.com Challenge.
What was your favorite book that you read in March? Tell me all about it in the comment section before Saturday at midnight Pacific Time, and I will pick one [...]
