Writers: Friday Field Trip — Art Biz Blog

Sometimes I venture away from the writing sites and author blogs to get my creative juices flowing. My friends would be surprised that I visit artist blogs and sites because I avoid art classes like the plague. (I flunked scissors in kindergarten. It was all downhill from there.) However, these sites offer a new view on creativity. I can’t quilt, but I like to see a fiber artist’s process.

One site that I think all writers should visit is Art Biz Blog. Alyson B. Stanfield offers advice on the business side of creativity. While her target audience is an artist, I believe writers will learn a lot in this blog.
