Unleash Your Story is a combined read-a-thon and write-a-thon for readers and writers. This annual event is organized by the Romance Unleashed writing group, and this year their goal is to raise $23,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
The coordinators also have a pacesetter author and reader so you can challenge their goal or try to keep up with them. This year the Pacesetter Reader is Michelle Buonfiglio, who plans to read 10,000 pages/blog 10,000 words.
The Pacesetter Author is Lori Wilde. Her goal for the event is to write 60,000 words.
